| i have been calling many time to cancel my contract as where i am there is no Virgin active. but no one is helping. Three days in a row , some1 is telling me the system is down they will get back to me, no one is calling me. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT. i have asked this long ago and you keep on taking money in my account.... please cancel that contract and bring back my months money back.. It has expired already anyway but you still taking money from my account. | |||

Hello makoyat1, Thank you for chatting to me this afternoon, I apologise that no one has contacted you back as promised. As discussed the first note that we have of a request for cancellation is May 2011. I have thus backdated your cancellation to this date and will refund any funds you were overcharged taking into account the cancellation fee payable. I trust the above meets your approval.
