Billing with No contract

In Nov 2011 Iwent to the gym to cancel my membership.I have been with VA for [URL Removed] my 3yr contract.The lady @ premises informed him to send a mail.He did as requested as he was retrenched ..Currently VA tried to take membership fee twice, 01 /12/11 and 20/11/11then 29/01/11 , 03/01/12 anb 02/02/12. Upon verify details , he received mail from a lady in accounts stating thst he is obligated via a contract that expired 3 yrs ago and he was using the his membership on a month to month basis ...I hope that this matter get resolve and all the unpaid fee will be re-inburse for credit be rectified ..I am deeply disappointed in the manner which you conduct your business

I cannot find a Virgin Active membership with the details provided and need some additional information from you in order to further assist.
