| We only have 1 Virgin Active in Rustenburg which is one of the busiest gyms in town. The problem is that one morning we stand in huge ques to enter due to late opening and other mornings the doors are open 4;45!!! If you drop of somoene, then you aren't able to get out from the boomgate as the security only starts to work at 5. How can this be so pethetic. The equipment is so old, other Virgins have machines we dont have here??? Cardio is one mission cause we always had 6 rowwing machines and now only 5!!! There is never a manager to go to and complain to. The machines are old and there are machines which stands if it brakes. The bathrooms is one big issue. Cant believe we need to pay so many money for old outdated machines and machines which other Virgins have and we dont. We are a huge town with this tiny small Virgin active. We dont even have a Powerplate machine!!! Must say this is very very very bad from a virgin active. Is there no way that the staff can make sure that people use a towel?? | |||
