| HEADLINE | Aircon at Steenberg VA not working....again! |

I've complained at the VA Steenberg branch about their aircon which seems to never work. The gym is excessively hot at 07:00 in the morning and there is no ventilation system. The whole cardio/weights are smells of sweat and disgusting body odours as all the members are panting away with swear litterally dripping on the floor. The ladies bathroom are just as uncomfortable. Image 20 women having a shower while another 10 is drying their hair - hot! We need fresh air please!!! As I left the personal trainers had their clients doing kickboxing outside... clearly this is a problem! But hey, I'm sure the manager has a nice working fan in his office... |

Hello ChrismariH, Thank you very much for chatting to me this afternoon, Please accept my apologies for any frustration caused to you. As discussed the Club Management Team is aware of the problems with the aircon and they are currently in the process of finding the source of the problem to have this resolved. We have purchased two large fans and will buy a few more to ensure that we have air circulation in the club should the aircon trip again before the problem has been resolved. Kind regards, Chanelle |
