No response to query

I logged a stock query via email to their published email address and have had zero reply or acknowledgement by the following business day . For an online store this is ridiculous.

They should publish contact numbers so that we can speak to their sales department for stock checks.

Good day Sir

I apologise in the delay to your email enquiry. We received your enquiry on 30 May 2011 at 4pm. Suppliers took a bit longer than expected to reply to us and as a result we only managed to reply to you on 31 May 2011 at 2:15pm.

We do have phone lines at the moment, but due to all the problems with Telkom which we receive, we are still attempting to find a way of stabilising our land lines to ensure that customers are able to get a hold of us without any problems. At the moment, the best way would still be via email.

Not Impressed: The couldn't even be bothered to call me and sort out the query. Instead it took multiple emails back and forth and in the end I couldn't get the person to comprehend my query.
