Not getting any answers!!!

Vericred send me an SMS on the 12th of May, telling me I owe money on one of my accounts. Since then I have been struggling to get the relevant information from them - this account which they say I owe money on. I have phoned a number of times (on my expense) and sent mails with no answer. This raises the question whether it is legit. I was not aware of the bill they are talking about and now I have to struggle to get this resolved. If it is legit I have to pay them a collection fee; but they are not doing any collection. I am more than willing to pay the bill if it is legit and one which I missed by mistake - but I am definitely not willing to pay them their fee. The only thing they have done is to send me a SMS and phone two times but they are unable to supply supporting documents. This is totally ridiculous! How many e-mails and messages do I have to send or leave before I get a response?

AS our consultants have confirmed to you, statements have been mailed to you on 3 occasions to the e mail address as confirmed on the Hellopeter site. These were mailed to you 20 May 2011, 31 May 2011 and 22 June 2011.
I will be sending you the statements, account details, contact numbers and contact person of our consultant by e mail today and will contact you later to confirm that the documentation has been received.
