My sister Me ME Swanepoel received a final notice of default from Vericred. I contacted them to find out what is the outstanding amount that she owes but they couldn't pick up anything for her. Loratto would have phoned me back with feedback on this but up until now she didn't phone me back. The reference on the notice is: VCB07926123, I am assisting me sister to sort out all her financial problems because she is very sick. I urgently need to know what amount she owes and need proof of this. The doctor is Dr K Sneider and Partners Roodepoort - Account number: E008479. |

| Over the Moon: Debbie Moutsatsos email me regarding this complaint. I am very impressed with the quick response and assistance received from Debbie. I emailed her with the circumstances of my sister and she was very helpful to assist us where ever she can. She also manage to get approval from the one Doctor to write the one amount off as my sister is experiencing financial problems. I just want to tell Debbie that we are very impress with the service and thank her for all her help. | |||
