| During February 2011 I received a letter of demand from your offices. I contacted your office and spoke to a lady called Elizabeth, informed me that I should ignore further notices from your company if I keep up with my payments due to the DOH not allocating payments correctly.On the first of August 2011 I received a call from a Ms Oliphant, who demanded payment. I informed her that I have kept up with the schedule with the DOH and emailed her my proof of payments.On the 7th October 2011 I received a call from Gloria at the Bloemfontein branch requesting payment. I emailed her the proof of payment plus recon report that I drafted, detailing that I underpaid account: T15100089836 by R2495.00, I overpaid invoice P1510126455 by R2495.00 which balances the two out. To date I have not received any letter from your company, however received sms on Saturday requesting payment of R3686.51. I dont have any arrangement with your company concerning payment, nor have I received any feedback from Gloria, Elizabeth or anyone else at the Bloemfontein office. Can you kindly advise as to what steps I should take as the DOH dont want to sort this out as they have handed it over to you? Kind Regards | |||

| Quite Impressed: Debbie contacted me shortly after my initial log. We are still awaiting further information from third party,the Department of Health and then hopefully matter will be resolved. | |||
