I am out of advice with UNISA at this stage. After my previous complaint I still haven't had any feedback from anyone!!! I cannot believe that this is how an institution of this magnitude treats their students. And there is no one to complain to either. Their Ombudsman is non responsive and you cannot find an other ombudsman either. This means that they can do whatever they want and get away with it. Cant they just bring back the call centre, yes it was time consuming but at least you had your matters resolved. So whats going t happen now is that I will have to pay for the module that I originally wanted to cancel just to get my other results at the end of the year.Then because I have cancelled the module on MyUnisa I probably wont be allowed to do the exam for the module. And in this I will have to register and pay for it again next year. I cannot believe that in a country where education is a prioroty, students is treated in such a way.
