Hi I registered this semester for 2 subjects. In my application, i requested for my books to be couriered to me as i cannot make it to the post office due to work constraints, however you still do what you done last semester - send my books to the post office...WHY WHY WHY offer a service when you do not adhere to the promise of delivering? That's having double-standards. Sis- it's disgracefull. A huge international intsituition offering a service and not delivering. Please could this be resolved as i cannot start my preperation for the assignments which you request we complete before a certain date. I sent an email to studyinfo and stll await your response...case number 12036NX00001. Can someone look into this and see where it all went wrong...im sure someone needs education at this institute. |
