I have logged a complaint about Unisa because i have tried logging into my unisa as well as my life but my password keeps kicking me out, and then it gives me an option to change my password but still does the same. All i received from them is a case number not telling me when my problem is going to be solved, I don't even know if my study material is ready because i cannot have any contact with them what soever. This is a very disappointing service for a first time student. |
