| HEADLINE | UNISA offer the worst service ever - pathetic! |

| I've made a payment to UNISA a while ago of almost R10 000 to apply for the course which I plan to study. I emailed the proof of payment to UNISA and to date I have still not received a response. It is impossible to contact UNISA, the only dep[artment I could get through to was applications and thats a complete waste of time. The consultants are rude or not keen to help, some of them just hang up the phone. I can't believe the bad service I have been receiving, this is not acceptable. I encourage anyone to seriously consider studying elsewhere because the service levels are poor to say the least. UNISA makes it really hard for students. | |||
