| Student No:33345015.This is my 3rd complaint. The previous two was deliberately ignored. I changed my Name on Jan20 with Busi from student admissions in Durban. The name change was done in June last year but went back in new year. I made another complaint on the 23Jan and a further one on 28 Jan. How long does it take to update a system and post a new graduation pack with a confirmation letter of completed degree? As for the person in charge of Social Media,he simply don't care. All he does is say they working on it! Not saying who is working on it, person responsible & why the delay! Busi made copies of both IDs and she said all it takes is a supervisor password &I was promised it will be done on that Friday 20Jan.Its now the 7Feb & nothing is done. Busi is incompetent and personally can't see her fit to handle any responsibilities. Yet there is so much people without job who are willing to work, &let's face it, its quite obvious they will do a better job as BUSI & SOCIAL MEDIA person does NOTHING AT ALL. If you can't handle small simple things such as a name change what else can they do? Obviously not qualified enough so PLEASE give others a chance. This is better for everyone. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: Busi or the Social Media from Unisa failed to reply to this complaint. They simply ignored it giving Unisa a bad name. They think they doing us a favour, but at the end of the day we pay our student fees so we demand adequate service. Its our money that pays Busi and Social Media person. We don't like to see our money wasted. All they care for is their mnt end cheque without doing their job. Pls escalate this to the head of departments. Hello peter pls help us as UNISA FAILS TO REPLY, DON'T CARE | |||
