| HEADLINE | Unisa and its incompetent staff!!! |

For the past 2 months Unisa confirmed via phone that I am completed with my qualification. I confirmed that to my company and received a raise. Thursday, 02/02/2012, they told me I just need to bring my academic record from my previous institution and they will issue my letter of confirmation immediatly. On monday, 06/02/2012, when I got there, they said I still need 1 more subject. So I registered, paid R540 and went through the shame of telling my company that I am actually not done. 2 days later, they phone me once again and told me that I am, in fact, finished with my qualification. Now, I must write a letter and ask that the money get transferred into my bank account. Why???? The mistake is not mine, why must I go through that trouble? If I am not refunded within 1 week, I am taking action and I will involve the media. I feel they also need to phone my company and explain that I had no fault in this and that they take full responsibility for their incompetence. |
