The SMS,E-mail and web Feedback system not working

I requested information from Unisa 1.) How I can obtain an Unisa student number and 2.)when the next available registration period will be open for a particular degree. (In this instance I was referring to an undergraduate degree - BSC Informatics)

I had a response(of sorts) to the 2nd question, but 1.) it doesn't actually answer the question as to the next registration period and 2.) the answer provided was for a Post graduate degree. 3.) There was a 7 day delay in response.

It is ridiculous to think that one should wait a week just to receive a half-hearted answer. Unisa registration employees must be under way too much pressure or they are in the wrong department!

It is EXTREMELY frustrating to receive such a response (not to mention the delay). Bring the call centre back, I would gladly spend 3 hours on hold or speaking to a consultant if that means that I can get correct information.

This web,SMS and e-mail system is definitely not working - the sheer amount of HELLOPETER complaints is testament to this statement.
