Pls refund me since you failed to register me

Good day,
Please can UNISA refund me my R900 that I paid for registration since they have failed to register me. I initially registered for two modules but i want to cancel that other one and register for only one, ECS 1016, I have e-mailed UNISA on info@unisa.ac.za, study-info@unisa.ac.za and finan@unisa.ac.za three weeks ago and I still havent heardan feedback from either of those e-mails correspondence, the refund letter was attached to the financ@unisa.ac.za e-mail. I posted a complaint last week on hellopeter and still nothing was done about my registration, only one part of the query was solved. so can i please get someone to contact me to get my bank details for a full refund. UNISA, really this is pathetic, the fact that we have to use platforms such as hellopeter to make you do your jobs, if yall dont want to work then give those opportunities to people who are less fortunate and that want to work.
