please bring back the call centre!!

*** - I have been trying to register for a UNISA diploma course since November! - I have followed all the necessary steps to register - however, nothing has happened, numerous emails and SMS' later, and still (+3mnths later) nothing - nada! Why cant they just use the trusted 'call centre' system?? I am wasting valuable time here!

Indifferent: Whilst the complaint was handled adequately, I am still under the impression that Unisa has made a fundamental error in doing away with the call centre and using a computer generated system instead – what happened to good old fashioned client / consumer / student one-on-one.
