HEADLINE	No way this is now enough
It started in trying to pre-register in September 2011. By mid December I still did not receive any feedback and started email trying to find out if I was accepted as I knew I had to register in January. After numerous emails (more than 5) and SMS messages someone contacted me... on the 10th of Jan I submitted all the documents including a academic record that I had to purchase from the supplier UJ now uses. YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR ACADEMIC report any other way. Yesterday I received a mail that they want the ORIGINAL report.... WHICH THEY HAVE as the certified copy was emailed through. Please tell me UNISA.... where would you like me to deliver the documents to? The deans house? The security guards at your campus in PTA as your email had no instructions. Email according to me is also a form of delivery and if you dont spesify... how am I supposed to know where and to WHOM? Now yet again I have emailed 3 times to the email address I used the last time as your online query system wont accept my request and I have sent an SMS. WIll this take another month before you contact me? Somebody in your application dep gave me a phone number... no response Add a new Unisa Report Inappropriate report?
