Dealing with Unisa is painful. Firstly i dont understand what the Logic is behind replacing a call centre with a sms/mailing system when no one responds to your email within a week. Ive been trying to get hold of the accounts department for about 4 hours today, the once the phone rang and someone just picked up and ended the call. I emailed unisa about a month ago asking to credit the surplus amount which i had paid by credit card, i was asked for the credit card details on the 30th of Jan, and when i logged onto my Unisa account now, i noticed that it says "JNL Bank" and that this amount no longer reflects. Firstly, this amount does not reflect in my bank account, and i need to know whether Unisa has refunded it to the right person!!! How can you possibly expect someone to wait a week for a response on a matter pertaining to a students funds!!! This is ridiculous, and to be honest i will discourage anyone from studying through Unisa while they try to sort out their internal Communication problems. I need to know why this money is not reflecting in my account. Some response would be appreciated. AND NO i CANNOT wait for a week for this to get sorted out. Student 43685625 |
