I am incredibly disgruntled, I have registered for tutorial classes (FAC 1601-D) at Unisa, i attended orientation, and went to the campus 3 times to make sure everything was in order, it was. I also repeatedly asked when I would find out the time & date for my classes. I was told the timetable would be up on Fri 3rd Feb by midday. I went online several times and found a timetable, only applicable for 4th Feb, surprise surprise- Unisa informs me to look on another date for my specific groups class. I have checked every single day and still I am in the dark about when my class will be and at what time. In addition to the above I also emailed the persons listed to find out what is happening and yet my emails were ignored, I have on preious occassions emailed the same employees and they were able to give me a timely response. Are my emails being ignored because, once again Unisa has taken my money and not rendered the service and they have no explanation or as per their usual modus operandi will they inform me at a later stage that ' we actually dont give a **** about our students, we run a business here.' I am angry and would like some answers. Add a new Unisa Report Inappropriate report?
