I received a package from Unisa with my study material on the 20th January 2012 with the incorrect study module info. I applied for COM1502 and received STA1610? I sent a SMS on the 23.1.2012 and was informed that within 4 working days dispatch will come back to me. Nothing response. Once again on the 26.1.2012 i resent an SMS and got the same reply. On the 31.1.2012 i once again requested some feedback regarding my query and was informed that within 4 days they would reply to me. So since the 23.1.2012 i have been trying to get the correct study module and materials that i applied for and have received no positive feedback that could assist me in getting the correct study materials. It would be greatly appreciated if Unisa could contact me telephonically as they have all my contact numbers to resolve this issue. The longer Unisa take to get the correct materials to me the less time I have to complete my assignments etc which are due in March 2012. Your speedy assistance will be greatly appreciated.
