I want my money back!!

I registered for first semester and paid my fees due however instead of registering me for my chosen subjects my account is in a credit balance. If I am not registered please refund my money.
I have sent Three emails, have not received any response, I'm really fed up, clearly you guys didn't plan correctly closing the call centre was the worst mistake you could ever make because we have no way of reaching you if our smses and calls are not attended to. If I am not registered by the end of this week I want a refund!
