Examination mark outstanding since October 2011

I wrote the exam for PCF4099 in Oct. 2011. I have been waiting for my result ever since. My accounts are paid in full and I received all my other marks. I have sent numerous e-mails but keep getting the same response: the mark has not been finalised by the relevant department. I spoke to one of the lecturers responsible for the course and she said it was the examination department's problem. I am tired of being sent back and forth between the two departments with nobody making any effort to solve the problem. I wrote a white, A3, large print exam as I am visually impaired and it seems to be lost. I am at a total loss and feel completely frustrated. I have tried sending e-mails to various other e-mail addresses at UNISA but I never get any response from them.

Utterly Disgusted: Nobody has bothered to get back to me.  Just another standard response with nothing done about the problem.
