Cannot Access Myunisa email account

I have originally contacted the myUnisa help email (on the 10.10.2011), as my "myUnisa" email account has been blocked and I have tried numerous times to retrieve the information. I received a response on the same day that I should try to retrieve the email by using the steps provided by the OUTLOOK provider, and if that fails that I should forward my student details so that they can reset the account for me.

I have contacted them on the 12.10.2011 with the relevant information, but to date have received no response and my account is still locked.

I have also contacted them on 25.01.2012 because the account is still locked.

I need my account sorted out, as I am experiencing issues with one of my modules (no facility for submission of my assignments) on the "myunisa"-site and Unisa does not respond to queries from alternate email adresses

Indifferent: My email has been restored. I am however not impressed, as I have had to complain on a public forum before any response was received.
