Bad service

I have been a masters student in 2010 and 11.

i have no doubt that the quality of service from support staff is bad. in 2011, things got so bad that contact between me and the two library assistants allocated to me, as well as the administrator allocated to me, both came to a halt. we just could not communicate anymore as there just too much bad blood. i challenge the university to check the email exchanges between me and these 3 people to see exactly what i'm talking about. its easy to search for my email in their email accounts as i use my name and surname as my email id.

And its not just these 3. This january alone, i sent several emails enquiring about things like graduation dates for law for march/april. i had about 3 replies and none of them gave me the dates! (again you can check my email which i sent the graduation enquiry email line). I ended up googling the dates that how i know them now. then i sent an email to the applications email line. I asked about 4 questions which i needed to help me decide to apply to do a doctorate. Whoever replied simply attached the M&D guide etc which i had. People just don't bother to read. Not one question was answered. i give 0/10
