UNISA PLAYING WITH MY FUTURE

On 15 November 2011 I applied for an aegrotat exam, accompanied with the required medical certificate, for one of my subjects as I could not write on the day of the exam due to illness. Three days later on the 18th November 2011 I had not received feedback and resent my request via e-mail. I also attempted the myUnisa "Ask a question", but no success there either. On 24 November 2011, I sent a complaint with all my previous attempts and yet today, 7 days later, still no response. I used the sms service today - no response. I need to know whether the aegrotat exam has been granted to plan my studies for 2012, which is a few weeks away to January from today. UNISA is really disappointing me and I never experienced this poor level of service in my 4 years of studying through them. I've tried e-mail, myUnisa "Ask a question" and sms (these are the only ways to make contact). I cannot contact anyone telephonically as the Call Centre has been SHUT DOWN for "better and prompter" service. WHAT MUST I DO?
