Study Fees paid but not reflecting in my account

on 4 August 2011, my employer paid for my study fees to settle my fees, i've sent emails to finance department with proof of payment as this is not reflecting as paid, i haven't received any replies till today. Can somebody please come back to me as I need my result so i can apply for funding for next year's registration. Student Number 44969791.
