I need to register for 2012 1st semester but access is denied with reference to outstanding fees. I paid all fees for year 2011 (all were credit card payments) and before I wrote the exams the balance on the myunisa financial details page was a zero - R0.00. The last statement I received via email from unisa was on 20/09/2011 which confirmed my last payment to them - reflecting, Balance on study account : 0.00 Kindly rectify this because I need to register and start with my studies urgently. I must complete this qualification as soon as possible |
