Good day Im am really unhappy with Unisa services I paid my registration on the 28/12/2011 I have received my study material however 1 study guide was not included I have emailed despatched which they have replied and are reposting my study Guide. My problem is Unisa has not posted my proof of registration and UNISA Quotation for the subjects that you have registered for , this is extremely urgent as I receive my student fees from my company they are refusing to pay my Unisa fees until I have these 2 documents. My company has a deadline for us students to submit our claim which is due very soon, im so dissapointed because I paid my registration so early on the 28-12-2011 and now I could be lose my finacial assistence with my company. I have sent sms and email no reply there is no callcentre anymore to assist me, please help me this Urgent Please help me im desperate please email my documents to: [Email Removed] |
