| I owed Unisa Study Fees last year 2011, I then decided to continue with my studies this year, i had to pay the outstanding balance of R600.00 before I could continue with my studies. Unknowingly I deposited the outstanding balance into Unisa's Bank Account, when i phone Unisa to follow up on the payment they then told that my account has been handed over to ITCBA. I phoned ITCBA and spoke to RASIKA and to advice her about the payment I made to Unisa Account, she then told me that over an above the money I already paid I needed to pay extra Penalty Fee of R100.00 which I did but, when I sent proof of deposit for penalty fee they told me that I need to send them another proof of deposit i made to unisa which I did, but they never came back to me, Rasika told this will take about 3 days after they have recieved proof of payment, but I have been put from pillar to post ever since, I get different people every time I call and they all tell me i need to re-fax proof of payment. Its been 8 working days without any help. Please help my time is running out to register. | |||
