HEADLINE	Refuse to remark exam paper since I received 50%.
I received 50 % for my subject that I wrote in Okt/Nov exams. I did know my work really well and expected a mark of 70% and above. I only received 50% for this paper and when they took my assignments in caculation of 20% I did not pass the subject and qualifed for a re-exam in Mei 2012. I was late with one of my assignments and they did not mark it, but I don't mind since I missed the due date by 2 weeks. My husband was sequestrated and I had a lot of work to do for those 3 months and that is the reason why I handed my assignment in late. My problem however is that they refuse to remark my exam paper because I received 50 % for it. I know I did better in that paper and the assigments marks wouldn't have made such a differce that I wouldn't pass my subject. The subject code is ETH306W. I already made the payment for the re-mark of the exame paper since they invoiced me reight after a applied for the re-mark. I can't speak to anybody since their is no callcentre anymore. Not Impressed: They have not contacted me at all, you can say I have been ignored once again. I didn't pass my exam because of the fact that they wouldn't remark it. Have not heard a word from them. Rosily
