Poor Administration and Lack of Service

I registered and paid for my fees in full on 2 December 2011. To date I have not received a statement of account from UNISA. I require this information urgently for my HR and Finance department. I have tried everything possible to request the statement but UNISA has to date not been able to provide one. It used to be that they posted one after receiving payment but it appears that this is no longer the case. I am looking for anyone who can assist.
