Since you have closed your call-centre, your student-clients have been suffering an intense lack of service. I sent an email to "'finan@unisa.ac.za'" on the 6th Dec 2011, as per the new query management system, to alert them that my bank confirms a successful online credit card payment to their account yet it is not reflected on myunisa portal. To-date, I have received not even an automated response. I have also been to the Johannesburg branch, where a lady by the name of Glane took copies of my bank statements and promised to log an email query once again and to call me, but only when head office responds. The payment amount in question is R1500 toward paying the R524 owe unisa and because I intended to register two modules for the 1st semester in 2012. Now I question whether I will ever receive my results or be able to register more modules. May you kindly address with greater urgency? |

Thank you for your response and for addressing the account problem. The correct info now reflects on my statement. May you also please action my semester change request? I requested it before the institution re-opened on the 3rd and I am concerned that the registration window may close before this is addressed. Canceling it will also have penalties. |
