Pay alot of money and no service

I've tried emailing unisa as with regards to the "my-unisa" website but no response. As a matter of fact no response on any emails. I feel they've got a don't care attitude and do not take complaints seriously. My problem is that I can't edit my registration due to a technical problem on the "my-unisa" website. It is no fault of mine but if I'm late I don't get registered and I'll have to wait another semester. The email on the contacts side of the unisa website doesn't even want to send emails. It gives you an error message that says "invalid input' in the "description" part of the email form after you enter your problem description space.
