No Response to Request for Aegrotat

I sent an email with my doctor's note and explaining my reason for being unable to write my exam. This info was sent to exams & aegrotat email addresses and i received the notifications of receipt (REF: 11321NX09715) on the 17 November 2011.
I have however not yet received details of my exam yet.

Please help, the completion of my degree depends on this. Its going on three weeks and I have not heard anything...
