No response regarding Registration

I simply cannot believe a university can be run so badly, I've had no response to several emails i've sent. i have no idea if my registeration is complete or whats happening.
Please bring back the call centre, this cost cutting attempt is going to bring down UNISA.
When and how do i get feedback regarding my registeration??

Quite Impressed: Finally got an email back telling me that i was missing a document for my registeration, have sent the missing document, hopefully will not take another month and half for another reply :)
