No Response from Unisa

I have registered with Unisa in December 2011 to complete my BCom and have transferred the funds on 4 January 2012. Unfortunately I have made the payment to the ABSA account iso the Standard Bank account.
Due to the ABSA account still being active, ABSA is unable to reverse the payment. Since I learned of my mistake, I have e-mailed and faxed Unisa several times to inform them of my mistake in order to ensure that I am registered. To date, the only response I have received was an automatic one stating:
"Kindly note that the e-mail Inbox has a queuing list - at 08:45 on 23 January 2012 there are 800 e-mail queries to be attended to. Special notice with regards to Quotations The requests are responded to everyday between 08:00-10:30. We ask for your patience and kindly request that you refrain from sending the same query twice."
Due to the fact that you cannot contact anyone directly, I do not know if Unisa will refund me, or if they will accept my registration as the funds were in a Unisa account before registration closing.

Hello ShaneenB,

Unisa has switched accounts to Standard Bank. Please note that the Unisa Absa account will still be operational until the middle of March 2012 and all deposits into the ABSA account will be allocated to student accounts within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Not Impressed: Since this responce, I am still not registered.  I have now received a letter from Unisa stating that my registration is pending and will only be accepted upon receipt of payment.  The amount due is less than what I have already deposited.
