I don't know what to do anymore because no one is willing to assist me .

I have been trying to resgister from the 28 November 2011 and I had a problem so I e-mailed study -info with this error "Sent: 28 November 2011 10:36

Subject: Equiring

Good Day Sir/ Madam

was trying to register again and received this error : You have outstanding admission documents on our system.
Please could someone explain " and got this case number is 11353NX09956 , 30 November I followed up with them and on the 12 December 2011 unisa requested for my details which I supplied and then got the same case number and they said they will come back to me but I am still waiting even today .

I really want to register but can't do that if no one is willing to assist me .
