Credit Card debit does not reflect on statement

Credit Card debited online 05 December 2011, message stated that UNISA was offline and the payment was not processed. The payment was deducted, no reply to my sms's and no phone line available to query the account. The semesters are very short and i need to buy textbooks and begin working.. Please please re-instate your phone lines !!!
