Change of Banking Details - No Contact?

I've really never had a problem with UNISA for the past 2 years of studies, but today as I paid my fees for my 2012 studies, I later found out the banking details had changed - with no notification whatsoever from UNISA.

I for one have paid into the old account, and sincerely hope you will receive the money. Please keep in contact with your students! You guys need to take your own Communication courses, as you clearly don't follow the '10 drivers of communication' that I learned about last year.

I have seen previous responses on hellopeter with regards to this, but none actually confirmed whether it was alright to still send money to the old account. Please inform me asap, as I will need to contact the bank if there is a problem.

Quite Impressed: It seems they just transferred to the correct account themselves. I'm glad I don't have to worry anymore, but I do still feel the lack of contact was very unprofessional.
