BUSI FROM UNISA FAILS TO DO HER JOB,EMPTY PROMISES

STUDENT NO: 33345015.This is my 2nd complaint. On Friday 20 Jan I saw Busi in Durban to change my name again. This was done at Unisa last year. I received my exam results Aashil Maharaj but my graduation pack was on Ashil Verandhra Maharaj. Why must I keep changing the name when it was already done? What is my fault? Busi made copies of my IDs & promised me it will be changed with her supervisor. Its now 28 Jan & its not changed. How long does it take to update your system?Its ridiculous! Why when you take my money your system doesn't fail?This is quite irritating & is stopping me moving ahead, its serious as I can't do a new CV & apply for jobs(wrong name).How can I graduate with the wrong name? Who can I escalate my complaint to, Busi got a don't care attitude & if she can't do simple things such as updating on a system, makes me wonder! My cousin works for Rising Sun Newspapers so maybe he can direct me to correct channels. Why did you ignore my 1st hello peter complaint? I WANT MY NAME CHANGED NOW & I WANT A NEW GRADUATION PACK WITH THE COMPLETION OF DEGREE LETTER (AASHIL MAHARAJ) POSTED TO ME ASAP! URGENT! I WILL BE ATTENDING GRADUATION CEREMONY on my new name AASHIL MAHARAJ.

Not Impressed: Its the same like the 1st complaint. No one at Unisa wants to take responsibility. No person at Unisa called me or emailed me to tell me they sorting it out and proving feedback. Basically they pass the buck. I was expecting Busi to call because her failure to perform her duty has inconvenienced me. But I guess she still doesn't care, all she waits for is her month end cheque irrespective if she does her job. I won't advise anyone to go to Unisa because their staff is incompetent. Very irritated
