Absolutely Does Not Care!!! No response

Why must it always come to this!

I have contacted Unisa initially on: 25 October 2011 16:21 requesting feedback on an application of exemption of study units which i submitted mid year. To date after sending follow ups and emailing the ombudsman on Monday 5th Dec... I have had no response.

In addition to this, my assignment marks for a module DSc2604 were 80% and 69% respectively however my year mark was calculated at 46.80% which is totally incorrect. This was raised to the attention of Unisa and the Ombudsman but again still no response.

On Monday - 12 Dec'11, the final exam will be sent out would be incorrect based on the incorrect year mark. In addition registration has opened however i am still not sure whether i should apply for a module which i have already done but the code has changed... I dont know where i stand!.

Quite Impressed: I received feedback regarding one of the major matters that i had raised due to a pending deadline regarding exemption. Still pending another but I'm confident that it will be resolved.
