As every current student knows Unisa's new "1 click service" is such a stuff up that the person who authorized that change should be dismissed on moral grounds alone. Yet i have been trying now for the past month and a half trying to get my new degree sorted out (I have over 25 reference numbers...yes.....OVER 25) and yet i have never received feedback, but this young lady, Mildred Mampuru....man owe man......this lady is one of the many few people left in Unisa that actually know what they are doing......and yes im serious.....most people i have called and spoke to DO NOT know what the **** they are doing. I mean really, does Unisa even screen possible candidates for positions, or do they just employ them off the street? But non the less, after contacting Mildred she has been such a star she deserves to be promoted. She goes out of her way to ensure the student is satisfied. Big up to this lady. I hope she reads this. As for Feedback from Unisa to this compliment....go jump off a bridge, i don't want feedback for this compliment, just ensure Mildred gets a dam promotion (or everyone else salary as they cant seem to do their own jobs). |
