**** UBER SERVICE!

I reserved a ride for my daughter with Uber. The *********** driver could not find the address on google maps. When you request a ride for someone else, they cannot get in contact with the driver. The driver just said sorry and cancelled the ride. My daughter is now left standing at night! They took my money. You cannot find anywhere on the app a number for customer service. I cannot even request a refund!!! The only place online that is a little bit of help is ***. They will only put your through to a customer care consultant if you pay a monthly fee of R875. Why on earth would I want to do that?!?! UBER, your service is disgusting! You do not even deserve 1 star. You better contact me with an explanation!
