Bad experience and I will never buy anything from truworths

I bought goods of 1879 value truworths online and out of 6 I only received 1 and the worth was 340 and I returned the goods because of bad customer service I received from truworths vaal mall for giving my son a hard time to collect my parcel even when I have given him the requirements to collect because I'm working far from home.and now out of 1539 I am owed only 1279 was paid to my ***. this people really don't care about their customers,their rules changes everyday and I needed my whole refund to buy elsewhere where customer matters
