| My mother and I went to shop at the East Rand Mall's Truworths. I went to the Truworths Man section to browse through the clothes. After our shopping we went to the till where we were recieved by Matabelo (hope the spelling is correct). She assisted us with a problem we had and did it with a smile. SHe went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even though she was feeling ill on that day. We returned to the shops a few weeks later and she was there to assist us again. She was just as friendly and helpful as always. You should really appriciate her. The other staff at this store are rude and can really learn alot from Matabelo. | |||
