lastweek Thurday (02/02/12) applied on the Internet for a YDE account and was turned down because my previous Truworths account reflected as a default which was paid for .i have a current 5 month's old Truworths account that I'm currently paying for .On Saturday the 04/02/2012 i went to the west street branch to pay and purchase on my existing Truworths account (10101105758412) to my surprise i was told that my card has been frozen ( what an embarrasement and looked like one criminal using a blocked account) . why would my account be blocked , how was i able to open another account if my previous account is owing . .To me this does not make a business sense,please review your records. please call me on 0832744439 / 0765033155 / 0312632837 |
