Stupid smse and *** service!

I am so sick of getting useless and irritating smses and emails.

Firstly I get hassled for not spending my R22 000 limit (Id rather spend less and be able to pay my account!).

Secondly, I already have an account (ive had it for the last 10 years), and you guys still hassle me to open an account via mail!

Thirdly, I am paying my account monthly and on time! its the 27th of the month, and you are already sending me smses to pay my account! Please stop! i am an adult and will pay my account, like every month in the past!

Lastly, I already applied for a replacement card (after a smash and grab) end October, it's now 3 months and still no card! I feel like not paying my account until you replace my card and do your part of the deal!

Truly disgusted!!!

Thank you for your post.

At Truworths we believe in building and maintaining fashionable relations with our customers and therefore we contacted you to establish the reason for you not using your account and to see if we could assist with any unresolved matter/s that you might have. Although monthly statements are posted to our customers, we have an added SMS service so that customers have their payment information on their cell phones. We regret that our efforts to stay in touch with you have not been received in the intended manner and for this we apologise.

We confirm that a charge card was issued to you on 29 Oct 2011 and we are concerned that you have not received it yet as it should have reached you within two weeks from the issue date. A new charge card was issued to on 03 Feb 2012 and we encourage you to contact us if you do not receive this card by 20 Feb 2012.

Following our telephone conversation we confirm that you are satisfied with the outcome of all concerns raised in this post and should you require assistance with any other matter of concern or suggestions by phoning us on 021-460 2300 or send your email to services@truworths.co.za
