| The shop was closing so the electronic gate was rolled down and for every exit he rolled the door up, I have a back brace and I asked him to roll up the door so I could walk out and he refused I told him I have a brace and he said its not his problem I then asked for the manager and the security and one of the workers laughed and said he was the manager and he told me that he makes the rules I then begged and he refused I phoned vodacom 112 for police or the ambulance and when I finally got through to the ambulance he opened the door and told me to get out then the security and the male assistant laughed | |||

Hello Ba2, Thank you for raising your concerns and allowing us to respond. We are disappointed to hear of the incident as described in your post which is why we immediately escalated this to the relevant Area Manager. The service described in your post is unacceptable and we assure you the necessary disciplinary action will be taken once the responsible staff members are identified. Please accept our sincere apologies for any upset that you have experienced. The Store Manager who was on duty at the time of your visit to the store does not recall this incident as described in your post. Due to the fact that none of the staff recall your visit the management of that store would like to investigate this matter further and are pleased to hear that you have agreed to meet with them at your earliest convenience. Once again accept our apologies for this unfortunate experience and we assure you that we will endeavour to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
