| I purchased a Blackberry phone at Truworths Sandton store in December 2010.The phone is giving me problems so I took it to an MTN store to have it fixed.They advised me that they need a proof of purchase before they can fix the phone.I could not find the copy so I called the Truworths call centre.They replied by email 72 hours later advising that they are unable to assist me and referred me to the store.I went to the store on the 28.01.2012 and was assisted by Tumi and Manager Robert.They told me that they cannot find details on the system.I asked for the signed copy as advised by the head office and was told all the archive was thrown away due to renovations.I find this ridiculous as I've been their customer for 10 years and they cannot find any records of mine .All I need is a proof to show that I purchased the phone at the store.I expect better service from them and as it is now I'm not happy,in fact I'm disappointed.can someone please assist me urgently as I've ran out of options. | |||
